Your new role
The main responsibilities for this role are partnering and consulting with HR, TA Sourcing and the business to understand needs and execute against talent strategies to deliver value; drive consistency in the sourcing process and ensure a best candidate experience; challenge hiring managers about talent assumptions. This role will meet Global Talent Acquisition goals for time-to-source, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance. Will build, grow, and nurture talent pipelines and keep current the TA tool. Proactively look for innovative ways to recruitment and attract candidates and continuously build the company’s employer brand. Deliver Recruitment Excellence training to colleagues, be willing to understand the duties and competencies of different roles and flex and adapt with projects and assignments as business needs shift and evolve.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will demonstrate recruitment experience in a multicultural environment, will have knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a plus (German and French). It is valued experience sourcing with a Diversity & Inclusion lens and experience in partnering, developing, and leading the implementation of effective sourcing strategies that supports aggressive business goals. Have the ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment, a problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, a strong decision-maker. It is also nice to show ability to activate and guide others without formal authority and have the sensitivity to local employment laws and their inter-dependencies with the candidate life cycle.
