Shared Service Center | Human Resources | Reward & Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center looking to expand its operations in Porto. The Reward & Benefits Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a team of HR Advisors and Administrators ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
Consult with Regional / Corporate CoE on the business needs, providing market trends / industry views to be sure Reward and Benefit Solutions meet the demand of the business.
Research industry and relevant employment market compensation and benefit plans to determine the company’s competitive position. Analyse results and develop recommendations for management.
Ensure the timely delivery of compensation related data into yearly, ad-hoc and other standard related processes.
Provide input to the development of employee recognition programs designed to drive employee engagement and performance against business objectives.
Provide operational support to regions in executing the rewards strategy including communication of yearly compensation/ salary activities.
Ensure compliance with local government laws on compensation and benefits.
Oversee management of vendor relations and service delivery through defined service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Own the relevant process documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and shared within knowledge management.
Ensure the assigned team understands the latest HR policies and processes relevant to rewards, compensation and benefits, and its alignment with the organizational strategic direction.
Ensure that necessary training and development, mentoring and coaching initiatives are taking place in the department.
Develop specifications for new plans or modify existing plans to maintain company’s competitive position in the employment market.
What you'll to succeed:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience in a Reward and Benefit leadership role in a global organisation.
Experience in Rewards bench marking, strategic alignment of rewards, and government laws regarding compensation and benefits.
Knowledge of reward and benefit administration in multiple geographies.
Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and capable of adjusting communication approach to suit a situation.
Experience working in a GBS environment and/ or managing 3rd party vendors and outsourced benefits platforms would be a plus.
