Purchase Administrative Officer - French Speaker (M/F) Algés
Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.
Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment and management.
Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope: cost, estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed;
Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated;
Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified;
Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers;
Key User support - internal platform.
What you'll need to succeed:
High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions;
Minimum 1 year in similar administrative tasks;
Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
IT Skills: Excel & SAP – Nice to have;
French (C1) & English (B1) – mandatory.
