Integrate a Tech consultancy and development company based in Portugal, with a strong presence in the telco and media sectors.

Your new role
As an IT Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for t he identification and development of sales leads, opportunities, proposals and contracts.

Your main tasks in this role will be:

• Conduct market analysis and identify sales leads with new and existing customers Identify and characterize the client IT transformation initiatives, their dependencies, and priorities;
• Create and maintain good relationships with the customer decision makers, understand their needs and identify business opportunities;
• Gather internal knowledge, build, negotiate and submit business proposals, resulting from consultations, formal RFP or public competitions;
• Streamline the continuous selling process associated with DevOps, overseeing the necessary customer approval of developments, improvements, and their associated inclusion in roadmaps and deliveries;
• Assure contact execution overseeing the acceptance, and billing, of software releases and other deliverables;
• Negotiate contract scope changes, common in the Agile software development model.


What you need to succeed
To be succeed in this function, you will need:

• Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Engineering or Management;
• 3+ years of software/consulting services and sales experience;
• Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts;
• Experience selling to enterprise customers;
• Knowledge of IT Concepts (Data and Analytics, ML, Multimedia and AR/VR) is a plus;
• Fluency in English.
