Your new role
This candidate will lead the team of Candidate Care Specialists responsible for providing support to Hiring Managers. It will be necessary to act as a functional area subject matter expert to oversee the end-to-end hiring administration, utilise HR case management and knowledge management system. Other responsibilities are to oversee the initiation of Global Background Check, the creation of offer letters and contracts globally, act as a point of contact for New Hires and Hiring Managers. Give support to onboarding, partner proactively with HR Service Delivery to provide guidance and coaching; identify training needs; recommend changes or updates to HR Portal content. Take part on special assignments or teams when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of related work I Talent Acquisition, HR, Shared Services or customer care. Fluency in English is mandatory. The valued soft skills are strong attention to detail; ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with ongoing technology; flexibility and capability to work independently.
