Your new role
As an HR Business Partner Senior, you will be assigned to a local business team to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, organizational and people development and change management. You will also support the development and delivery of business unit related topics in the Country, will be responsible for employee onboarding plan, process, activities and follow up and advise on labour law, collective agreement and policy-related issues concerning employees to make sure that the Company is compliant..
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a Bachelor Degree in HR Management or a Master in Human Resources and proven experience of approximately 10 years and should be self-driven, communicative, team player with the ability to build effective teams, have leadership competencies and be proactive. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
